Based on our Super Duty platform, our Super HBAR Uppers feature a thicker HBAR profile, with a .812 gas journal, custom reinforced .812 gas block and a significantly thicker Super HBAR straight gas tube. Our Super HBAR Upper effortlessly handles higher volumes of fire without sacrificing match grade accuracy.
Both the Geissele Cold Hammer Forged, chrome-lined Super Heavy Barrel and Forged Stressproof Bolt® are High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI), and work in concert to achieve unmatched dependability with match-grade accuracy. The Forged Stressproof Bolt® is made from Carpenter 158+, directly developed with Carpenter Steel metallurgists to create a material that is cleaner and has less impurities. This makes the Stressproof Bolt® stronger and more fatigue resistant, capable of 5 times the life of a mil-spec bolt.
The Super HBAR Upper features a custom .812 gas block, along with a reinforced straight gas tube, for superior heat mitigation. Also featured is the HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device, offering seamless compatibility with the innovative HUXWRX FLOW series.
Rounding out the Super HBAR Upper, the well-vetted center-tab mated MK16 rail features stainless steel QD inserts to reinforce sling attachment. The Airborne Charging Handle provides ambidextrous use and accessibility while maintaining a lower profile to eliminate snagging on gear.

Please note, there are two different versions of the Geissele Heavy Barrel. This product features our .812 journal Super Heavy Barrel and it includes the Geissele Super HBAR Gas Block (.812) and Super HBAR Straight Gas Tube.
Disclaimer: The Super HBAR Upper features a HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD 6 5/8×24, which is a 6mm flash hider compatible with 5.56 NATO. Please note that while this muzzle device is compatible with larger caliber HUXWRX suppressors (like the FLOW series 6k and 762 Ti), it is NOT compatible and should never be used to attach to any caliber firearm larger than 6mm.
